Crosby Facility Services was founded on a simple belief: the work you do should reflect the values you were raised with. That belief goes back over 35 years, to when my grandfather started Crosby's Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial Services in Georgia. He built that company with his own hands through hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing the job right, no matter how small the task or how big the client. He didn't just build a business; he built a name that meant something in his community, one that customers trusted and employees were proud to work for.

I grew up hearing those stories: the early mornings, the tough jobs, the handshake deals that meant more than any contract. That legacy shaped who I am, and it's the reason I started Crosby Facility Services here in Orlando. Today we're carrying that family trade forward with the same focus my grandfather had: carpet cleaning and floor care for homes and businesses, including tile and grout, hardwood, and commercial carpet. Same principles, new generation: show up, do the work with pride, and treat every home and business like it's your own.

From the Military to the Mission

Before starting Crosby, I served 10 years in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. That experience shaped how I run this business today: discipline, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to the mission. In the military, there's no room for cutting corners; outcomes depend on doing things right the first time. I carry that same standard into every living room, office, and hallway we clean.

 

The Navy also taught me the value of teamwork and accountability, principles I've built directly into how Crosby operates. Our work isn't just about how a floor looks when we leave; it's about a healthier space for the people who live and work there.

 

Medical-Grade Standards on Every Floor

After the Navy, I worked in clinical sales with Kindred Healthcare and as an Account Manager at Phigenics, a water safety and public health company. I've seen firsthand how much proper sanitation matters, and I bring that same rigor to every carpet, tile, and hardwood floor we clean. For medical offices, gyms, and daycares that need more, we also offer electrostatic disinfection.

 

Whether it's a family room carpet where kids and pets play, grout lines that haven't been their original color in years, or an office that needs consistent results, I don't approach this work as "just cleaning." I approach it with precision, consistency, and zero tolerance for shortcuts.
